Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
The user bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used or mishandled.
Once we have received the products and checked their condition, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
9.4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
